Return Policy- Exchange only

We understand that not all items may be a perfect match or exactly what you expected which is why we will gladly except your order for an exchange within 10 days from the day you received it. Policy strictly enforced. You must notify Haute Boutique of an exchange by email (include order number and items you wish to exchange) at and letting us know you wish to process an exchange. We are happy to issue you a e-gift card for use on a future purchase at E-gift cards never expire!

We do not accept returns for REFUNDS

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item.
  • Notify us by email within 10 days of tracking receipt.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition and original tags attached, free of makeup/deodorant stains, and free of odor.
  • Include a copy of invoice/ exchange form.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and returned shipping cost are customers responsibility.
  • Haute Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.
  • Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. *Bodysuits/Bathing Suit, accessories, and white items are ALL final sale.*
